Cancellation policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your
appointment. Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed
appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your
card on file.

Running late
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate
you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule
your service for another time that is convenient for you.

No shows
If we do not hear from you 15 minutes (or more) into your scheduled appointment time, it will
be considered a ‘no-show’, and the cancellation fee will be charged.
 

Pre-paid plans & services
Pre-paid skin care plans or pre-paid laser services will not incur a 25% deposit to book.​
​However, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior, a $20
cancellation fee will be charged. If the appointment slot can be filled by another client, this
fee may be waived.
